Today saw the end of our visit to Moravian congregations. One late request saw our stay in Herrnhut extended by an hour in order to play at the local high school. The journey to Meerbeck lasted 8 hours, and on our arrival in Meerbeck we found our hosts waiting for us at the church. We were pleasantly surprised to find Sherwyn Roussouw, from Port Elizabeth, amongst those waiting for us. We were then taken to our hosts families for supper and to refresh before meeting again for a night out with members of the Meerbeck Brass Band.
